There are millions of career women out there, the question is what kind of kind of career woman do you want to be first? Good, bad, lazy, what exactly? This aside..

The world is getting short of career women every year especially in this part of this world because obviously our society is not built for such, even though some have managed to rise up and become a voice for others.

It is the natural belief that a woman is meant to stay home and take care of the family which is OK but she has dreams too while growing up, so you can understand the dilemma of an educated woman.

There are so many barriers in the society against women who come into spotlight, I mean women dragging roles that for years have been taken by men, regardless of the space and so career is one of those spaces.

If as a woman you want to take up a career and be successful.. Go for it, spend 3X the hours men in your field spend on same thing.

The space won't give you a chance, No! But like superwoman, you'll have to break through the walls yourself and make your mark. Society will tell you're weak, even your family may tell you to slow down that you're a woman, the choice is yours.

But in all, don't grow to become a hardened stubborn and wicked woman who just want to make it, I know a few. That was why I asked the question earlier, what kind of career woman would you become. It's important before you start.

In this journey you need wisdom especially if your that Miss Nigeria kind of girl.

Am I saying all these are peculiar to the women only, No! Men face same things, just that women are more vulnerable because of how the society has been operated overtime.

Lastly, if perhaps you're married, don't make life tough for your husband and family because you're building a career. Balance everything at their level.
