The NOBEL project has five systems and therefore five streams:

1. Needy people (ongoing projects)
2. Supporting needy people (charity workers)
3. Advertising and upvoting (whales)
4. The market (other steemians)
5. Organisation and lead of the project itself (Achim)

The Needy People

1. There are no current projects started nor in pipeline in the moment.

The Charity Workers

I have talked with @yohan2on and @machochris about the following idea:

1. You inform me when you want to sell 100 NOBEL
2. We plan a schedule when we want to do it (to get a 1:1 price)
3. I buy 100 Nobel
4. You exchange it into Uganda Shilling
5. Then you write about your next project, what you are going to do with the fresh received money (use #nobel).
6. We can post (or resteem) your post on our fundition projects, this could bring some extra money.
7. With the money from the NOBEL (and fundition) you do the charity you promised in your project-post.
8. Write another post, were you proof what you did with the money. Please write down every financial detail to create trust for all readers and next potential supporters. Write down how many NOBEL it has cost in reality (also for yourself) and sell the missing amount again on the NOBEL market.

When people start buying in, then the system starts working and we can repeat this.
When you run out of NOBEL, I can gift you some of mine. But I hope that the Steem-Community also supports you with NOBEL.
When there are other people, that want to do some charity, they shall please respond to this post. We can enable them to work with us too, but first let's get the train onto the track.

The Whales

As soon as the latest whale has staked it's NOBEL we can start with advertising. We should not start earlier because then there is the danger that one starts selling his coins before he has staked. As I said before, this would ruin the price and therefore hit the rest of us. We need the commitment, that the big amounts of money are not sold in the next years - and this is stored in the blockchain by staking.
Staking means:

• putting the money away and safe it for the future (by clicking on the lock symbol in steem-enginge.com)
• getting a whale (if we get the possibility to upvote. I'm working on it)
• keeping the prize of NOBEL stable (because only a few coins are available in the market)
• Keeping us working to achieve a high price
• You need to unstake 7 times and wait 365 days each to get your NOBEL back (This is necessary to create trust)

For the ones that didn't stake until now: You cannot sell the coin right now. It has no value at all. The price will fall into nothing after selling the first coin. The only way to get money with it is to stake it and to work for the NOBEL-System.

For the ones who have staked:
You can gift NOBEL but don't sell them right now. Please wait until the first buyers come in and then sell only small amounts.

The Market

The market is a system for itself and we do not have many options to influence it in the moment (as long as not everybody of the whales has staked)

To get value into our coins we need more buyers then seller.
To get buyers we need to create trust.

We need to sell our “idea”, not the token. Each tokenbuyer has to be handled like a customer.

The Organisation Of The NOBEL-System

I have created the NOBEL token on 2019/07/19. Costs: 100 ENG = 100 Steem = ca. 27 US Dollar
I have distributed it to the named whales above and to some dolphins.
The amount of NOBEL tokens is now:
Supply (Circulating / Total / Max)
2.435 M / 2.435 M / 1 B
The price in the very beginning was 1 NOBEL = 1 STEEM (as soon as I bought one for one STEEM).

Then I have made the token stakeable. Costs: 1000 ENG = 1000 Steem = ca 270 US Dollar
This is all payed by myself. Therefore I was so free to issue one permille (1 Million NOBEL) of the total amount (1 Billion NOBEL) to my account. I staked everything.

Maybe it's a goal to activate Scotbot in August or September, but first we should find our first NOBEL buyers and I have to recharge my budget.
