Awakening to the Woo

As predicted, (not by your humble vagabond, but those with whom I agree) there's an awakening happening, and it's manifesting... guess where; social media of course. As Trump 2-point-oh (shyt) rolls out, I am expecting a lot more podcasts to pop up - across the spectrum. Where ever there will be money to fuel the propaganda, there will be voices to spew the hype.

Today's half of the rant was inspired by a couple of ladies who looked like they were doing their first conspiracy-oriented podcast. They clearly didn't know the jargon of the conspiracy theory community. It seemed to yours truly that they'd either realized a few "things" or accepted what they'd heard from others. So check that out. It's in two parts, but really, both halves can stand along. The second half is about the Red Pill and how it seems to have been misconstrued by many who have grasped onto the jargon, whether they'd seen the movie or not.

Not criticism. Just observation.

Change is coming and over taking your humble scribe. It's happening in the gym and will probably affect the Gymmy Jamm. I might just become a Senior Fitness Guru. I've got the numbers, the experience, and most importantly... The Look.

YouTube: [The Gymmy Jamm Season 10] Functional Fall. Deadlifting is still a thing, however we sustained what we deemed a nerve injury that we are still recovering from. (We know the difference between nerve ache & muscle soreness, we think.) Our Autumn plan is for more dynamic movement, rotation, jump training, body weight work. Still working towards strength & power via lifting, but also isometric holds, balance, dead hangs, and various assisted moves. Still working towards, muscle ups, plange, front lever, pistol squats and a few more gymnastic moves. The work is beneficial even if it takes us "forever" to hit those moves. I can feel some dormant muscles activate upon attempting various moves & positions.
