We still have a mild fascination with media. At the onset of the covid op, the legacy media was already losing market share. Indeed, the way covid was said to push some of the illest patients (with co-morbidities, which means "with other sicknesses") over to the other side, the covid operation (along with the 2020 election coverage) pushed a lot of mainstream media over to the other side. How many of the anchors (presenters) who pushed the "stay home/stay safe" narrative, are still in their positions. Some quit, some got canned, some were eased out by the me-too movement, and some dropped dead after taking that jab.

The collapse (there's that word again) of the legacy media opened the door for the multi-tiered media situation we are experiencing today.

"You're fake news!"
"No, YOU'RE fake news!"
"I know you are, but what am I?"

And so on. Without a significant market share the conglomerates cannot afford to pay their propagandists. I heard Rachel Maddow had to take a $5 million salary cut! But she's still in the chair spreading the fake news.

A new (to me) word has emerged concerning information. It's "mal-information." And I'll tell you more about it in this daily blast. There's not much room in the trunk for much else. So catch the groove for 11:11 and get on with your day.

(We know the difference between nerve ache & muscle soreness, we think.) Our Autumn plan is for more dynamic movement, rotation, jump training, body weight work. Still working towards strength & power via lifting, but also isometric holds, balance, dead hangs, and various assisted moves. Still working towards, muscle ups, plange, front lever, pistol squats and a few more gymnastic moves. The work is beneficial even if it takes us "forever" to hit those moves. I can feel some dormant muscles activate upon attempting various moves & positions.
