My Supplements Conundrum

I think we're finally ready to tackle the possibility that all of the supplements I take are quite possibly superfluous. We're not going with "harmful" because we, (Bod & I) have a long enough history to be confident that we're not doing any damage.

We're going to kick off our exploration in this episode. It's lengthy but far from thorough. Everything in this series will apply to yours truly. It's "My" conundrum and not "The" conundrum. If you've seen any of the past clips about "supplements" very few reporters are specific. They will make a blanket declaration about supps, and leave everybody hanging. Why? Because there are far too many products to size up in a single sound byte. So you hear, "supplements are fake," and I guess you're just supposed to just dump all your minerals, vitamins, aminos, herbs and roots down the drain like a recovering alcoholic.

My worst case scenario is that what I take is redundant. There are many products in nature or stolen from nature that perform the same tricks. What the Vessel really needs most will be revealed in this episode. So be sure to watch.

We reached our bare hands deadlift goal, (350 lbs) and now we have several Dl goals in mind; repping 295-315 bare hands, and pulling 410 with wraps. That should keep us busy for a while.
