Cool stuff, I like how consistent you are with the anatomical proportions with the anime style. I do like the color blue and your choice of contrast for the image. That white border adds some highlights to the character. But I do suggest having her on center or at least use the rule of thirds in composition. The head on the left area is a bit to extreme for me.
