Interesting subject.
(IMO) My friend sort of had the same story. Didn't feel the benefits of vegan eating. And is back to meat again.
However,
Look at the brother Diaz in m.m.a. they are weed smoking vegan monsters. Personally I eat meat but not that much. Plus i try to eat raw vegetables every day.
