i totally agree with u on reading the labels before buying something, mostly those goods that claim to be healthy have the most calories in, juices or anything else, i think a goal to a diet should not be to get thin for a while by cancelling the stuff u like because weight will be gained again, its more like change ur lifestyle and love the healthy stuff.
i have done the green juice before , its really helpful and filling and tasty too best when u do it urself then buying it from any juicing shop.
i love how u added the chewing in ur post, its really something many of us have to make a habit of myself included, we eat our food too fast instead of gaining the benefits of chewing and slow eating.
