Thanks for your kind words. I help care for an elderly relative. Sadly, the older you get, the harder it is to stave off inflammation. I keep bringing her prebiotic food, hoping it will help. I'm not elderly, but I'm not young when compared to most people here. So I think it's one of the best things to do to help stay healthy.
Great to see that you are taking care of an relative. This is often not taken for granted although it is an important service.
