As someone who believes that every extreme concerned with nutrition is bad, I would like to thank you for this! In my opinion, there's nothing more healthy than a balanced nutrition. If you eliminate meat or plants completely from your diet, more when you don't seek advise from a nutrition specialist and want to be "à la mode", then you'll be in a serious trouble since every organism is different.
