RE: Revelations of the Illuminated Suns of the Golden Dawn (Part 1)

That sure was an interesting read. I agreed with a lot of it, most of it. Though there were a couple parts I was unsure about and one part I'm in disagreement with. And that's the part about soy which I've done a good amount of research on and from the majority of peer reviewed studies I've seen, especially metadata.. Not to mention population studies where people have been eating this stuff for a long time. It appears to have no feminizing effect. And actually appears to protect against such kinds of things. They are plant estrogens, not mammalian ones like found in dairy and meat, which.. If you're worried about feminization you get amounts of estrogen like a thousand or thousands of time higher in those products and they are mammalian estrogen, not plant, but I didn't see you mention those. Anyways.. Outside of that.. I sort of generally agree with you and I even learned a new thing or two. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for the feedback!

The topic of the effect of phytoestrogens is complicated. There is a massive multi-billion dollar industry behind all the research done on the topic, which makes it exceedingly difficult to get to the truth on the matter. But it's a relatively minor issue. You're right, there are many other more important xenoestrogens.

The point of this article is less about the specifics. Entire books could be written simply cataloguing the various toxins, 'food contact materials,' etc. that we are subjected to on a daily basis. The point of this article is about the philosophy behind why such poisons are used. It's easy to get caught up in the question of if this or that is toxic, but I'm more concerned with the greater phenomenon of psychopaths putting poisons in our food, rather than the specific poisons they are using.

As for scientific research, we need to fix the problem of big money dictating who gets grants, and what gets published—which allows them to totally dictate the results. As anyone can see with the case of climate change research, the effect of big money can be devastating on the quality of the 'science.'

Anyway, thanks again for your great feedback!
