Researching this subject is so disgusting and terrifying that most people prefer to ignore it. Even thinking about it is painful and so outrageous that we have a hard time imagining it. Ted Gunderson and Ronald Bernard gave us a glimpse into this horrible world. But it will go on as it did for centuries because it is too repulsive for the average human to even think about it.
