To prepare this delicious snack use:

2 Cup all-purpose wheat flour

1 egg

1 teaspoon of baking soda

Paperboard

½ cup of water = 125 milliliters

Preparation

Grease with butter or oil and flour a metal baking sheet. In a container you add the flour and baking soda cinnamon powder if you wish and mix it well, open a hole in the center and add the egg, butter or oil and the paperboard jelly already cold; Everything mixes very well with the fingertips and begins to knead.

Then the dough is passed to the inn and flour is added as the dough is asking for it until it no longer sticks from the hands or the inn and a soft and tender dough remains. The oven is preheated to a temperature of 150ºc = 300ºf

With a roller the dough is stretched leaving a height of 1 centimeter and with a cookie cutter or a lid of a pot, the catalysts are cut and placed on the already floured tray. With the reserved molasses and a brush you have to paint the catalysts before putting them in the oven. The tray is taken to the oven and left for 12 to 15 min at 150ºc

Remove the tray from the oven and immediately remove the catalysts from the tray then let cool and enjoy.
