OCD Daily: Issue #173
OCD DAILY - Issue #173
Welcome to the 173rd issue of @OCD Daily!
Issue #173 highlights content from ten (10) Steemit Content Creators! The OCD team continues its search throughout Steemit to find undervalued gems created by relatively new users.
Today our curators present you with ten (10) amazing pieces of original content! We strive to find works that are created by newer Steemit users that may not have the audience their quality content deserves. @OCD strives to help provide the user with that audience through our followers, and intends to showcase Steemit users who put in the extra effort to produce creative, original content.
A curator will FIND a piece of work (typically from newer users), within 24 hours that piece is submitted to the @ocd team, curator votes are tallied and the pieces with the most votes for each issue are added to the compilation post.
We encourage you to visit these blogs and show these great Steemians your support and encouragement.
All the content chosen by our curators is undervalued, but there is always one piece that rises to the top. That piece is universally appreciated and valued by the curators making it OCD’s Top Nomination of the Day.
JoyJoy visited a museum, but not just any museum with art and historic pieces, this adventure was on a wax musuem: Maddam Tussaud´s! There are wax musuems all over the world but this one in particular, made by @joyjoyharb and discovered by @anomadsoul is worthy of a visit no matter what! Click on the link to find out why!
@elteamgordo not only knows his food, he is also an avid photography fan and this post he found can speak for itself. @fivealive55 has a unique talent of finding the best spots, use the apperture, shutter and use the light in his favor to get some of the most amazing pictures we have ever seen in @ocd, it is worth saying, this post got a wow out of more than one of our curators.
Becoming a digital nomad, even though is complicated, is becoming more popular as technology and social networks keep rising, but since Steemit came into play, a lot of people´s lives have dramatically changed and @deborism is no exception. Art is subjective and nomatter in what shape, color or form it comes, @saywha knows when art in its drawing form is good. This time he found @christiesnelson´s post where she shows us some of her treasures from previous years and her submissions for this year... to what? An art gallery show! Would you like to attend to the gallery with her? Follow Christie and be on the lookout for her next post!
The Steemian @cryptohippies is still very new to the platform and yet they are making amazing content already! This time @cabelindsay curates this post that shares her discoveries about a humongous type of "pinecone", from the Bunya tree. Whether you are a passionate biology person or you just like nature, this is a must read post.
It is always awesome to see newbie posts featured on our daily comp, we like users like @coachjj that make a real effort to write a great introductory post. @ma1neevent is our main go-to-guy for intro posts and you´ll find out why when you read this fitness coach´s full of positivity post!
They say that philosophy was born when the first men had their basic necessities fulfilled and they had time to lay down and think. Well, this time, that´s exactly what @superfluousman did and he came up with this wonderful piece curated by @guyfawkes4-20... But what happens within our human nature when necessities are being met and how do this factor plays an important role in today´s society? Find out by clicking on the link.
There is a huge difference between letting your 5 year old kid use his crayons on your living room wall, than to allow Gustavo to create a masterpiece with watercolor on it. For a moment I thought @gooze was giving @ocd a shoutout by drawing our whale, but they just look very similar... you missed your chance to feature us and then we feature you Gustavo! This post with video included of the process was discovered by @gniksivart, click on the link to be amazed.
Do you ever wonder how complex is the internet system? Well, wonder no more, because @henrychidiebere is here to explain you. Using very simple concepts and examples, this post curated by @jeanpi1908 will leave you with more wuestions than answers, not because the post doesn´t solve anything, but because it is so well written and with so much cool information that you´ll end up wanting to know more about every topic talked about here.
Sculpting in clay or marble is complicated and it takes years of practice to master the art but have you ever heard of 3D sculpting? Me neither, but it is awesome and I bet as complicated as in real life sculpting* and you will find out why in @evilhippie´s post discovered by @m31.
We hope you were able to take away something different, fresh, and new from these posts, provided by the @ocd curators.
