OCD DAILY - Issue #279

Welcome to the 279th issue of @OCD Daily!

Issue #279 highlights content from eigth (8) Steemit Content Creators! The OCD team continues it's search throughout Steemit to find you the undervalued gems, as provided by relatively new users.

Today our curators found you eight new pieces of original content! We strive to find works that are provided by newer Steemit users, that may not have the audience which their quality content deserves. @OCD strives to help provide that audience, and intends to showcase Steemit users who put in the extra effort to create creative, original content.

The nomination process

A curator will FIND a piece of work (typically from newer users), within 24 hours that piece has been submitted from the curator to the @ocd team, votes tallied and the pieces with the most votes are placed into the compilation.

We encourage you to visit these blogs and to show these great Steemians your support and encouragement.

If you enjoyed their work give them a Follow or maybe even say Hello!

All of the content as chosen by our curators is undervalued, but there is always one piece that rises to the top. That piece is seen as universally appreciated and valued making it OCD’s Top Nomination of the Day.

Veta is an artist and photographer from Saint Petersburg, Russia. @Veta-less is a versatile artist who loves experimenting with different techniques starting from watercolor, drawings and even specialized styles such as Chinese traditional style she has studied. In this post she shares a dragonfly drawing she made using colored pencils from Faber-Castell "Polychromos" she bought a while back and wanted to try them out.

A wonderful post from @permaculturedude will invite you on a journey of Vermiculture.
On this post, the author talk about composting with worms. Yes, worms! They are very important for this process but how did I know that they require such care.
Follow @permaculturedude’s tips and we could practice this at home.
Turn your food scraps into high quality compost for your garden and grow worms for live bait or for chicken feed.
Whatever reason you have this handy guide will walk you through it from start to finish.

@alkor posted an article drawing a beautiful woman portrait. I was surprised that @alkor drew earlier from the background. "How can I draw a portrait from the background first?" I wanted to know more. Why do not you see how @alkor draws portrait?
