character from carnival row

Carnival row is a fantasy tv show that has only one season so far. It only came out a few months ago.
I tried to paint the main female character from the show, if you have watched it, and even if you haven't it wouldn't be too hard to notice that i didn't succeed completely.
It came out more of a cartoonish portrait.
I struggled with the sketch for about two hours on this one. Had to change it a few times and still didn't get my expected form.

The show isn't really that good in my opinion, but others might love it. I love this kind of show but this one was kind of annoying.
