Hi guys, as I mentioned before we prepared a new procedure which has the aim to build up our #merchant base. You all know we rely on credible merchants who promote quality products. During the last year we received many proposals from leaders, kindly offering their help for the on-boarding process.
Therefore, we decided that it is time to provide #Diamonds with the opportunity to take more active approach in the onboarding process. This way we will speed up the approval process of new merchants and deals, and on top of this we will grant the most determined Diamond #Leaders with the opportunity to be more independent by having the means to revise new merchant profiles and deals.
To give Diamonds access to the approval mechanism of #DealShaker platform we want to be sure that everyone understands the responsibilities that go along with it. To be part of the due diligence process Diamond Leaders need to pass a special #training led by our Compliance team. On this training leaders will be thought how to differentiate trustworthy potential merchants from deceptive ones; what are the most common deceptive practices, and how to find out if a potential merchant is dishonest; what checkups need to be done before a merchant profile is approved and etc. Diamonds will have 3 months trial period during which everyone who participated will be able to prove their eye for the detail, and their ability to differentiate good from bad practices.
So, Corporate will execute the first training on the 09th and 10th July, 2018 in Sofia #cryptocenter. Each training will consist of group of up to 10 people, so that Compliance team can take a personal approach.
