A white-haired onion

in #onion7 years ago

There are two common types of onions. One is a white onion and the other is a purple onion. The difference between these two is that red onions are usually used in normal salads as they have higher moisture content than white onions, have less flavor and have less spicy flavors. Also, it is used frequently for diet due to its low calorie content.

White onion has a strong spicy taste. It may be soaked in water for a long time to keep the spicy taste low. The spicy taste does not stop until our eyes are moved to tears. Strangely, however, you can see that the more onions are roasted, the less spicy they are and the sweeter they become. Therefore, most white onions are used a lot in cooking.

The nutritional content of onions is mostly composed of water. Onions ' quercetin prevents fat and cholesterol from being deposited in blood vessels, so it is good for blood pressure and is also good for healing wounds.

And there is a saying that if you put onions around your head, you will sleep well because it is rich in allicin. The allicin is used in tranquilizers, so onions can be a great help to insolvers.

Onions are spicy but sweet food. It is therefore used in a variety of dishes and makes our taste pleasant. One of the ingredients I use a lot in cooking is onion. It is a strange vegetable that makes you cry once more after you cook onions, but when you taste the taste of onions.
