Roman Emperor between 193 - 211 AD, he was the first born in Africa, the first of the Severan dynasty and father to the dreaded Emperor Caracalla.

"On This Day..." is a project I decided to take on where I post a short (around 1min) video about a personality born that day or an important historical event. While some days have more historical significance than others, i will only create one per day and try to keep it as simple and concise as possible.
