「ChatGPT」を開発した米オープンＡＩへの米マイクロソフトの130億ドル（約２兆円）の投資について、欧州連合（ＥＵ）の競争当局がさらなる調査を行うそうでオープンＡＩによるマイクロソフトのクラウド技術の独占使用について、競合他社への聞き取りを実施するそうなのですがこれで仮に違反と判断されたら凄い罰金を請求されると思うのでその部分が気になります。

The European Union competition authorities will conduct further investigations into Microsoft's $13 billion investment in Open AI, the developer of ChatGPT, and will interview competitors about Open AI's exclusive use of Microsoft's cloud technology. If this is found to be a violation, I'm sure they will charge a huge fine, so I'm curious about that part.
