Steemit Open Mic Week 88 - Aprendimos a Querernos (Canción Original)

Hi everybody at Open Mic and the Steemit community! This is my entry for the 88th week of this great musical iniciative called Open Mic. I've been very motivated since the last post, so i call my brother Isnardi Rodríguez to play a song that he wrote and we've been practicing for a while. The song is called "Aprendimos a Querernos", and is kind of a mellow love tune, played on a unique Cuatro/Accordion duo, that i hope you guys enjoy as much as we do!

Recuerdo aquella noche mágica de realidad

el tiempo dice que no fue casualidad

y aunque sé que todo pasa, hay cosas que quedarán

torbellinos de pasiones se mezclaron sin pensar

y la lluvia sobre el techo no paraba de sonar

dos historias tan distintas, que se unieron para crear

Un camino, para recorrer

un motivo, para volver a creer

Dando tumbos y tropiezos aprendimos a querernos

y entre risas y locuras, escribimos este cuento

y pensar que tiempo atrás ni imaginábamos pasar

que esta llama encendería, para nunca apagar

Y no se apaga, no se apagará

Hacia el horizonte dibujé un ayer en este andar

yo de ti nunca me iré, ni tú de mi nunca te irás 

y será el misterio del destino, el que decidirá

sí esta vida nos alcanza, o nos alcanzará
