Oppo’s crazy innovative Find X launched for Rs 59,990
Oppo got itself in the history books when it launched the jaw-dropping and eye-popping Find X at The Louvre, in Paris. Now, the Chinese manufacturer brings the all-screen beauty to India today. The Find X marks Oppo’s re-entry into the big league after four years of absence.

It is that much noticeable from every angle. The curved 6.42 inches edge-to-edge display (that Oppo calls Panoramic Arc Screen) with the 92-ish percent screen-to-body ratio makes sure onlookers can’t get their eyes off it. And the gradient colour design that has been all the rage this year makes it to the back of the Find X with a twist. There’s a Blue version as well that looks much cooler. It is shiny and looks Purple but Oppo calls it Bordeaux Red oddly. Speaking about the Find X doesn’t do it justice, you have to see it, rather hold it in hand to feel the elegance and class.
The number two stand out feature is that it hides all the cameras inside its chassis. Yes, Oppo has evolved the slide-out camera approach of Vivo into a space-age style awesome looking mechanism. However, being a moving part that has to come out every single time you unlock the phone or open the camera, it isn’t without its critiques though. Oppo tries to alleviate some of those concerns by saying they have strenuously tested the system.
As for specs, it has pretty much what any other flagship can boast of in 2018. It has a Snapdragon 845, dual rear cameras (16 MP (f/2.0, PDAF, OIS) + 20 MP (f/2.0) dual-LED dual-tone flash and a single 25MP front camera. If you’re not in complete awe of the design, you might notice it doesn’t have a fingerprint reader. That’s because it uses O-Face, Oppo’s own version of Face ID as a primary biometric sensor. The Find X has 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage options. It comes with VOOC that will charge the 3730mAh battery very fast, as per our experience. For more info on specs, we’ll leave you a link below.

The other highlight of the Find X is its price. With all that tech stuffed into one 7-inch chassis, it was priced 999 Euros (Rs 79,000 approx) in Europe. It seems Oppo has a sweet spot for India as the Indian market gets a huge discount with RS 59,990 price tag. It will be available on Flipkart and retail stores starting August 3rd across the country. Oppo also said that it will be introducing the Find X Lamborghini Edition in India at a later date. The special edition has 512GB of onboard storage and the super cool Super VOOC charge that charges the smartphone at Lamborghini speeds (i mean in 35 minutes), the fastest of any smartphone in the market.
