New Zealand Organic Chilli Plum and Mint Sauce
I never was one to get into organic produce... till i started living on an Organic Farm. Im living with freerange Kunekune pigs; Ducks and chickens. Im in the middle of nowhere. No shops for miles and everything i eat is pretty much grown from the local area. We got power and stuff like that, a sauna gym room and solar hot water which is also backed up with a wetback over system that heats our water when we light a fire. Old school but it works. I just experienced the birth of 15 pigglets. Omg so cute and adorable. They are our tv. Not to mention all the other things running around. There is a massive pond filled with lotus flowers right now. Wow. The trees are fruiting with 7 different kinds of plums apples and kiwi berries. What we dont use to make stuff out of the pigs eat other than grass which they graze one. The chilli peppers are Rocoto species. Hot hot. They are almost as hot as habenero but around 35,000 to 150,000 scovilles. So yeah make you cry, nose run, sweating, hiccups and grimmace. The sauce weve made is called BloodShot. Chilli to Die for. Omg its so good. Basically sugar vinegar and chilli blended with the black seeds in em. Ive made some little boxes out of rimu to hold.them amd a few other sauces we've made. "Mint MINT" sauce and "Plum"P"
