the bigger bucks are good too if you cut the glands out as soon as they drop. my son and I hunt for meat. a good doe is great eating too. hunting helps keep a healthy herd of deer too. overpopulation brings disease. conservation is the key.
The numbers in Australia are starting to really get up. They're an introduced species here so not everyone is happy about it.
