No Expectation

Why do I become angry or disappointed?
Angry and disappointment are the emotion comes from not satisfying.

Why can't I satisfy?
Satisfaction comes from meeting the expectation.
Non satisfaction comes from not meeting the expectation.

If there's no expectation, there's nothing to be angry about.

Most of expectations are made by marketing messages.
Those messages are designed to make me unhappy.

So being happy starts with no expectation.
