Mirrorism - Facing Inferiority
My former boss at the last company was a really bad guy.
Everybody hated him.
He seemed like to became a leader by great luck on his career.
He had not enough ablitiy to be the leader of the team.
Because of lack of understanding on the issues his management was very irrational.
He seemed like upset everytime.
I believe the anger came from his inferiority.
Mirrorism
I also have lots of inferiority inside of me.
If someone points out my shorts, I would become nervous.
That's just because I don't want to see my shorts.
That's just because I don't want to face my inferiorities.
If I don't face my inferiorities, I can become like my former boss.
I'll face my inferiorities.
