In a former series (The Clinton Crime Family) I did a breakdown of the Clinton Foundation (CF), its subsidiaries and sub-subsidiaries. The foundation is actually ingeniously structured to not only launder funds but to divert attention away from where the real criminality lies- at the top. Like the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI), that Jeffrey Epstein helped design and launch, it's a consortium of foundations, each with a speciality that helps the Clintons in their nefarious schemes. One good example id Frank Giustra's Radcliffe Foundation which is Canadian. Canada has much more relaxed laws governing foundations than the US when it comes to reporting the sources of donations so the CF uses the Radcliffe Foundation as a front to avoid reporting where their funds come from. As a reward for his help, Giustra was rewarded by having then Sec. of State Hillary Clinton intervene on his behalf in acquiring logging rights in Columbia. This pay-to-play, or you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours has helped the Clintons in their misadventures around the world... in this case trafficking children for sex throughout the Caribbean.

Under the guise of a renewable energy project, the Clintons and several of their billionaire pals have launched what may prove to be one of the biggest sex trafficking and drug routes in the world. Bill Clinton was recently in Saint Lucia celebrating the new solar farm that the Clintons were instrumental in erecting. Who knew that the Clintons and Richard Branson were spearheading a renewable energy project across the entire Caribbean known as the ‘Ten Island Challenge’, locking in every island, forming a perimeter around all their favorite places, such as Haiti, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Aruba, Bahamas, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Colombia, Kenya, and Tanzania? If one didn’t know better, isn’t that the route drug traffickers and child traffickers utilize? It could just be a coincidence, but it sure is an interesting pattern. And they are just getting started, adding more islands to the list as they go. Sure, importing fossil fuels for power is likely costly and not terribly “green”, but solar panels don’t stand a chance in a hurricane, yet the majority of these islands are in the hurricane beltway. So what’s this REALLY all about? What’s in it for them? 

By this point it should be patently obvious that anywhere there is a dirty buck to be made the Clintons will find a way to become involved... the sales of bogus AIDS vaccines in Africa in conjunction with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is just one example of this. The Clintons and their ability to affect public policy has been for sale since they entered politics, so it should come as no surprise that their pay-for-play should grow exponentially as did their power.

 The Latest wikileaks hacked emails reveal The Clinton Foundation's connection with Mr. Hashim Tachi. He’s Prime Minister of Kosovo. Mr. Tachi was managing a crime gang called The Drenica Group. This group was involved in organized crime through the 1990s. Some of their more interesting activities were. Money laundering, drug and cigarette smuggling, prostitution and of course HUMAN organ trafficking. Mr. Tachi the now Kosovo President closely cooperated with organized crime structures in ALBANIA, MACEDONIA,BULGARIA and The CZECH REPUBLIC. Drenica group built an impressive large amount of power that flourishes in Kosovo. This began at a time when Bill was president and has grown in size and scope since the advent of the CF.

 Despite the knowledge of the allegations against Mr. Tachi , the Clinton Foundation invited him to attend the Clinton Global Institute (CGI) conclave in 2011, 2012, and 2013. The John Podesta hacked emails reveal that Tachi and his government have other connections to the Clintons. In 2012, The Republic of Kosovo signed a $50,000 lobbying contract per month with Podesta Group a lobbying firm founded by John and Tony Podesta. John is Hillary Clinton’s Campaign Chairman. 

This is a partial timeline that lists of Hillary's involvement on "behalf" of children- some I've covered in other posts such as her involvement with the Children's Defense Fund and the Safe Families Act.

•  1970: Worked at Yale Child Study Center, learning about early childhood brain development, and research assistant on the book Beyond the Best Interests of the Child, and handled cases of child abuse at Yale–New Haven Hospital 
• 1973: Postgraduate study on children and medicine at Yale Child Study Center, her article “Children Under the Law” was published in the Harvard Educational Review, staff attorney at Marian Wright Edelman’s Children’s Defense Fund in Cambridge, MA, consultant to Carnegie Council on Children 
•  1977: Co-founded Arkansas Advocates for Children and Families – a state level alliance with Children’s Defense Fund, and worked pro bono in child advocacy during her work at Rose Law Firm 
•  1988-92: Children’s Defense Fund Chairman of the Board and on the board of the Arkansas Children’s Hospital’s legal services 
•  1996: Published book “It Takes A Village: And Other Lessons Children Teach Us” 
•  1997: Supported State Children’s Health Insurance Program, and promoted nationwide immunization against childhood diseases; hosted child care conference and early childhood development and learning conferences at White House; initiated and shepherded the Adoption and Safe Families Act which required states to terminate parental rights for children in foster care for 15 out of 22 months and provided funding for efforts in encouraging adoption as well as subsidies for adoptive children up through age 18; By executive memorandum, her husband President Bill Clinton added the “Adoption 2002 Initiative” which aimed to lower barriers to adoption so as to double the rate of adoption by 2002 
•  1999: Instrumental in passing Foster Care Independence Act, doubling federal funding for teenagers opting out of foster care, launched the International Center for Missing and Exploited Children along with Lady Catherine Meyer and Cherie Booth Blair 
•  2007: Via Clinton Health Access Initiative, worked in Pakistan to train nurses and midwives to perform both births and abortions 
•  2009: Via Clinton Health Access Initiative, worked in Zambia, Malawi, Haiti, Mexico and Central America to train nurses and midwives to perform both births and abortions.   Partnered with the Polaris Project who runs the National Human Trafficking Resource Center and Hotline, and is also a Clinton Global Initiative member, to build an “Anti-trafficking approach replicable worldwide.” 
•  2014: Partnered with the Polaris Project, a CGI member, in creating an online “Global Modern Day Slavery” database directory. (A database as useful for traffickers as it is for those wishing to prevent it)

 Last year, the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI), another entity that was never filed properly and is operating illegally, received over US$1.1 million for an award from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation – a huge contributor to the Clintons, and NORAD – who also helped fund their Ten Island Challenge program. The award was allegedly for saving the lives of mothers and newborns. 

The Ten Island Program being the front for sex-trafficking operations throughout the Caribbean. It makes sense that if child-oriented professions attract pedophiles, that child-centered "philanthropic" organizations would attract sex-traffickers... this is being proven to be the case as many of these organizations- including ones attached to the UN- are coming under fire for both pedophilia and trafficking of children; why should the Clinton Foundation be any different.

 Back in the mid 1990s, Belgium reached out to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, in request for assistance with their missing children issues. The NCMEC’s Board of Directors authorized the creation of a new organization that would devote itself to doing globally what NCMEC was committed to doing in the United States. In 1998, members of the Board of the newly created International Center for Missing and Exploited Children (ICMEC) held their first meeting, and in April 1999 it was launched by then First Lady Hillary Clinton, Lady Catherine Meyer, and Cherie Booth Blair, wife of former British Prime Minister Tony Blair.  Richard Branson’s mother, Eve Branson, was a founding board member of ICMEC in 1999 and served on the Board of Directors until 2005. Richard Branson was ICMEC’s founding sponsor. ICMEC is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charity supported entirely by private funds and resources, and is headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia. It is a non- government agency. It also has an Asia-Pacific office and Latin America & The Caribbean office. Since their inception, they have helped to create four national or regional missing and exploited children’s centers around the world. One of those is the Global Missing Children’s Network (GMCN), which happened to launch in 1998, the same year ICMEC launched. There are 29 member countries on 5 continents allegedly working to help recover missing and abducted children. 

Richard Branson is also one of the billionaires involved in the Ten Islands Project... and the question once again arises- what kind of idiot puts solar panels in a hurricane zone? Unless of course, it's to mask your primary goal. Human/sex trafficking has already surpassed drugs and arms in profitability... and the Clintons are all about maximizing profit.

 Bill and Hillary Clinton’s ties with Richard Branson go way back, as well as forward. They are all currently working together on The Ten Island Challenge pilot program, which launched in 2012 and began with ten islands, and quickly evolved to over twenty islands, all throughout the drug and child trafficking transits in the Caribbean. Since their inception, they have now branched out to form alarming new partnerships and focus on the tourism and hotel industry. This Ten Island Challenge program, funded by GEF, an arm of the World Bank, OPIC, the Dutch postal code lottery, and the Norwegian government, has allegedly set out to setup islands with solar farms and renewable energy. 

The Ten Islands project also includes islands on known drug and child trafficking routes, beginning in Columbia and stretching throughout the Caribbean.

This article by Coreysdigs also shows the involvement of the CIA and some of it's more shadowy figures such as Barry Seals from Bill's days as governor and the Iran/Contra smuggling and Frank Sturgis of the JFK assassination. The Caribbean is not just a drug trafficking hub, it is also a child trafficking and sex trafficking hub. According to the Trafficking in Persons June, 2018 report, this is what they have to say about Aruba specifically:

“As reported over the past five years, Aruba is a transit and destination country for women, men, and children subjected to sex trafficking and forced labor. Venezuelan women are subjected to sex trafficking in Aruba, and foreign men and women are vulnerable to forced labor in the service and construction industries.” 

 Child trafficking has become a worldwide epidemic, with over 300 church clergy abusing over 1,000 children for years that just hit the news, a DCFS adoption manager, boy scout leaders, teachers, daycares, and thousands being arrested for child sex abuse and child pornography, and that’s just in the U.S. The Justice Department’s project safe child has been revving up in full gear with daily press releases of new arrests, and 2,300 in just the past three months. In India, they wouldn’t approve a well-known filmmaker’s movie on child trafficking, saying it’s “crude”. 

 Another important and relevant fact to include, is that Planned Parenthood setup the Caribbean family Planning Affiliation on 10 of those islands as well. The same year Clinton’s Ten Island Challenged launched, Planned Parenthood Federation announced their plan to training youth leaders in Latin America, Africa and the U.S., as well as their desire to combat the vulnerability of youth to unintended pregnancy and unsafe abortion. Why is this relevant? Because the Clintons have been working with Planned Parenthood since 1993 when Bill Clinton removed the “gag order” to secure ongoing funding for clinics performing abortions, and both have been training midwives and nurses to perform abortions in multiple countries, which all began in New York City. 

This underscores the importance of President Trump removing funding from Planned Parenthood's international efforts. They too profit from the illegal trafficking of children and is the number one source for trafficked body parts of infants. In fact the organs of infants in many cases bring more on the black market than the organs of adults... and if you don't think it's a profitable enterprise:

 In 2005, six years after the launch of ICMEC, it was estimated that 600,000 to 800,000 humans were trafficked across international borders each year, with 50% being minors, according to the U.S. Department of State, and according to the International Labour Organization (ILO), “global profits made from forced laborers exploited by private enterprises or agents reach $43 billion every year, of which $31.6 billion was from trafficked victims.” Nine years later, in 2014, the (ILO) reported “forced labor in the private economy generates $150 billion in illegal profits per year, three times more than previously estimated.”  And that's only one sector of trafficked humans.

 All of this begs the question, if ICMEC is as all-powerful as they claim, and have taken all of the above steps to help prevent this worldwide epidemic, why then have the numbers of trafficked victims significantly increased since its inception in 1999 rather than decreased? When does “at any moment” go into effect exactly? 

It appears that their database has proven more useful for traffickers than law enforcement... unless they're one and the same. The board of ICMEC (past and present), nearly all have a work history with big pharma, biotech, and banks.  These folks have put together a fantastic itemized list of board members, a timeline with press releases linking to ICMEC, and donations. Full credit goes to them for compiling the financial information extracted below.  Which also begs the question, what interests do bankers, Big Pharma and the tech giants have in child trafficking and missing children? None of these are particularly well known for their humanitarian efforts... these are all industries in which the "bottom line" is virtually the only concern.

 In a photo of the Board of Directors provided on Wikipedia, we see Eve Branson, along with her son Richard Branson, as well has a myriad of other familiar faces. This begs the question, if they are so passionate about saving children, why are they investing their time and money in renewable energy on islands that have exceedingly high rates of child trafficking and abuse? Wouldn’t it make more sense for them to exert their time and money into helping with a more dire human need? Are abused children really going to benefit from all that solar power?

I could be mistaken but I think I see presidential candidate Elizabeth "Pocahontas" Warren, the woman that hates billionaires, in this photo- along with a bunch of billionaires. Maybe if we follow the money...

 Göran Ando, served on the board for ICMEC, and worked for Novo Nordisk, UK Ltd., and Pfizer Australia Pty Ltd.

• AstraZeneca PLC donated $100,000 – $250,000 to Clinton Foundation

 Mike DeNoma, is a former director of ICMEC and currently serves on the board of directors for ICMEC. He is also the senior advisor to Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. LP, and has held high-ranking positions at Standard Chartered Plc / International Private Banking Business, and Citibank NA.

 Victor Halberstadt, vice chairman of the board of directors on ICMEC, worked for The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. and Daimler-Chrysler. Interestingly, he was also a Trustee for the Population Council, New York.

• Goldman Sachs Philanthropy Fund donated $250,001 – $500,000 to Clinton Foundation

 Dr. Franz B. Humer, chair on the board of directors for ICMEC, with an extensive resume, including Roche Holdings AG, Citigroup, Diageo PLC, Genentech, Inc., and many more.

• Roche Holdings paid the Podesta Group $560,000 between 2007 – 2009

And this is just a partial list, but big enough to give us a pretty good picture... this is a who's who of Wall Street and Big Pharma- what it doesn't tell us is what do these people have to do with missing children. People at this level of society don't get there by being empathetic, there has to be another explanation. Not only is there an enormous amount of money to be made from child sex-trafficking, but in harvesting organs as well. This is something that Big Pharma, the biotech industry and Wall St would be interested in... and children's organs are the most valuable. After being subjected to pedophilic rape, many of these children- particularly those from the third world- are stripped of their organs... nothing goes to waste, if a dollar can be made it will.

 Huffington post 2010: Haitian Prime Minister Jean-Max Bellerive talked to the CNN’s Christiane Amanpour about the unsettling reality of trafficking of human organs from victims in the wake of the earthquake that struck a few weeks ago. “A lot of organizations – they come and they say there were children on the streets,” Bellerive said. “They are going to bring them to the States — we have already reports of trafficking, even of organ trafficking.”

Also in Haiti:In 2016 – 59 dead bodies were found with missing organs in the small town of Thomazeau, in northern Haiti. It was kept from the public and never reported about. My source tells me they found them dumped in the woods. People in the area found them and called the Justice of the Peace to make a report, but the story was buried. There is a famous dumping ground for dead bodies in Haiti called Titanyen. Hundreds of thousands of bodies were dumped and buried in a mass grave after the earthquake. Most likely the bodies from Thomazeau were also dumped there. 

By now everyone is at least aware of the Weiner laptop and the alleged pedophilia on it involving Hillary and Weiner's former wife Huma Abedin, long time "associate" of Hillary. But the Clinton's involvement with pedophilia goes much deeper than that. Harold Moody worked for Pulaski County Youth Services in Little Rock, AR, where he was arrested on November 5, 2018 for pornography charges involving live streaming chat rooms where infants were being raped. Clinton Health Matters Initiative and its partners, were working with Pulaski County Youth Services from 2012 – 2017. In addition, he was a communications director for the Democratic Party of Arkansas for a year-and-a-half, and prior to that, he was chairman of the Pulaski Democratic Party for two years. Some of Moody’s friends and associates include Chad Griffin who is head of the Human Rights Campaign (HRC), and Jason Wiest co-host of The Big Gay Radio Show and former deputy director of communications at the office of Gov. Mike Beebe, as shown in a video clip Harold Moody posted to his Facebook page, along with hundreds of photos with politicians at political events. 

Much of this is what was about to be revealed by Sen. Linda Collins-Smith just around the time that she was murdered. And then there's the case of Jen Moore the journalist who died suddenly while investigating allegations that Bill Clinton raped a 12 year-old boy on a yacht in Martha's Vineyard. At the time of her death she had just convinced the young man to come forward to tell his story.

 Former New York Congressman Anthony Weiner, husband of Huma Abedin, Hillary Clinton’s Deputy Chief of Staff when she was secretary of state, and Vice Chair of Hillary’s 2016 Campaign for President, recently completed serving prison time for sexting with a 15-year-old girl. Weiner’s laptop contained 340,000 emails, with a significant amount of them being between Hillary and Huma. On page 294 of the IG report, it states: Initial analysis of laptop – thousands emails, Hillary Clinton & Foundation, crime against children. 

 "Investigative Journalist Jen Moore was found dead...D.C. hotel room Monday...investigating allegations by 26-year-old man that, as a young boy, he was sexually assaulted by Bill Clinton + pimped out at private sex parties attended by other D.C. elites." "The victim also confirmed he witnessed other children and people being sexually and physically abused and possibly worse on numerous “boat parties.” These parties were attended by elite members of D.C. political class, according to Moore and the victim."  

I could go on with this for another 200 pages at least. In the 1990's I began a book on the Clinton's corruption and around 360 pages in I realized that I would never run out of material. Much of the involvement between the Clintons and child sex-trafficking is already well documented. The MSM continues to run cover for them... the point I want to make with this chapter is something Qanon brings up a lot: At what point do coincidences become mathematically impossible? I think that the Clintons and their foundation surpassed that threshold years ago. Just look at the Clinton body count... how many of us can claim to know between 60-100+ people that have died of mysterious causes, such as suicide by shooting themselves in the head- twice.
