True it is dangerous and especially for the elderly amongst us and occasionally some younger people but you can only hope that you do not get it because as you said not everyone takes the washing their hands seriously :)
After watching video after video of people fighting over toilet paper I wondered for a while if this was their first time wiping their asses. What a strange and disgusting world! This is why I have always been very selective of my friends.
