So Much Time, So Little Progress

Okay, so I am staying away from the public during this strange time. I am pretty much staying indoors with the exception of the occasional drive to nowhere in particular. This is very tough to do when you are a social person like myself. You would think that I would be blogging like crazy on steemit! Believe me, there are projects to be done. Then, why is it so tough to accomplish things when there is no place else to be but home? Until things calm down, we have even been trying to have groceries delivered.

Let's talk about that! We looked at placing an order with Shoprite last night. In order to do this, we would have to pick up our items nine days later at a location that is many zip codes away. In addition, they can't promise that the items we ordered would be able to be filled! We wouldn't even know what we are getting until we drive down there. Needless to say, we have been finding very creative ways to obtain some of what we need. I am sure many other people know exactly what I am talking about.

Driving by two ice cream locations this past weekend, it was very clear that many people are not listening to the warnings on the news. Both places had situations where customers were standing on top of one another in a massive line. This will only lead to the restrictions becoming worse, as well as the spread of the disease. There are reasons why all concerts and gatherings were cancelled.

Therefore, I am going to attempt to blog more and stay in communication with others in creative ways. Usually at this point, I would have to rush off to be somewhere. However, I have already been through all of the rooms in the house today and the most exciting event was watching New York's Governor Cuomo do his best Al Pacino impersonation. Maybe, it is Al Pacino that is impersonating him.
