Coronavirus in the USA: A Planned Pandemic?

I'm not entertaining convos about this being a hoax; I will entertain all discussions on this being a Planned Pandemic -- the way these governments have underperformed -- is Suspect.

The movie that inspired Anonymous, V for Vendetta is very relevant right now.

The real goal of all of this, is power. Power that is generated from 'fear'

Much has been made of a speech Bill Gates gave at a Ted Talk, about 2 years ago. Yet, people running nations should be well aware of the dangers that exist - such as pandemics. Why aren't more of them better prepared?

Has this worldwide issue been the goal all along?

    POISON WAS USED IN WORLD WAR 1 AND 2, AND ALL OTHER WARS THE US HAS CAUSED.
    Look up what a Virus is?
    When a Cell is poisoned it expels toxin's into the body causing flue like symptoms.
    A Virus CANNOT be transmitted.
    BUT, THE CHEM SPRAYING YOU SEE IN THE SKY FOR YEARS IS POISONING EVERYONE.
    NOW, with G5 and its 20,000+ Satalites are poisoning the whole world.
