It's better to create disincentives for having kids such as providing them with the fact that their kids will fucking leave them if they abuse them -- something that does not exist today, since most parents think their kids will stay with them, and provide for them financially, forever, and so they have kids, and they look at them as their property and as the breadwinner who will care for them in their old age. This is truly sickening and needs to change. Abusive parents deserve exactly nothing.
