Otters are carnivorous mammals.
Their most popular food is fish since they are good swimmers.
When Europeans reached North America the otters became one of the most hunted and trapped animals for fur, which is sad to use such a beautiful animal for that.
It's good to know that in North America at least their population is healthy.
