炒米林
这一篇美食文章与大家分享，米林（midin)是一種野生的菜，生長在草丛或树林内，米林是蕨类，可以说是一种贱生贱长的野菜是屬於灌木叢植物。
它生长在沼澤地帶，如果碰上了下雨天🌧️它们的生长繁殖能力更强，雨后的米林就如春笋般长出来，翠绿肥美。
还記的小时，如果晚上下起了大雨，第二天一早母亲就会吩咐我和哥哥们一起去采米林，每一次都是采了一大袋，当天的午餐就多了一道美味可口的米林菜肴。
炒米林很简单，可以多样化的清炒蒜米，炒巴拉煎參芭，炒红洒也可以煮米林汤加面缐……
米林煮汤加面缐是我婆婆的最爱，是福州人特有的吃法如果再加些红酒味道更是一流，米林也是一道深受食客们喜爱的菜肴，也是我们砂拉越人爱吃的野菜，不论是大人小孩都喜欢这一道米林佳肴。
