Hello steemians and Partiko lovers,
The Partiko team would like to sincerely thank you for all of your support! It has been an incredible experience making a mobile app for such a supportive community. To make it easier for you to be aware of Partiko’s latest developments, starting today, we will post our weekly announcements to always keep you updated. This week we will start by (re)introducing ourselves to give you a better idea of the product and our mission.
What is Partiko?
Partiko is a mobile app built on the Steem blockchain, which allows you to interact with your fellow steemians on the go! Partiko’s engineers care deeply about providing steemians with a world-class user experience; Partiko’s ultimate vision is to enable the mass adoption of cryptocurrency by building crypto-based products like Partiko that seamlessly interact with users.
Why should I choose Partiko over other Steem mobile apps?

So, how do users obtain points?
Partiko users begin with 3000 points, and you can earn points by simply using Partiko:
- Upvote a post or comment to earn 5 points
- Publish a post to earn 30 points
- Comment on a post to earn 10 points
- Check in everyday to earn 10 points

Partiko is the highest-rated Steem mobile app on both the App Store and Google Play Store, as shown below:

Yep, I agree on that and I want to use Partiko but I can't because it keeps telling me it has no permissions to broadcast in my behalf despite using the Master Key in Steemconnect. Do you have a fix?
Yes we do. It basically has to do with your network condition, where your phone was having trouble talking to a Steem node on the SteemConnect page. We do have a solution that requires a better network condition, and if you have access to a PC that would make it a lot easier.
Follow these steps and your problem will be fixed (please follow them no matter how weird they seems):
Step one
You don't need to log out Partiko on your phone.
Step two
Visit the following link on your computer. This is the SteemConnect link that authorizes Partiko, and it's safe to click on: https://steemconnect.com/oauth2/authorize?client_id=partiko-steemcon&response_type=code&redirect_uri=https%3A%2F%2Fpartiko.io&scope=offline,vote,comment,delete_comment,comment_options,custom_json,claim_reward_balance
Step three
After you login on the SteemConnect webpage, you will be brought to a partiko.io website, where you will see a "page not found" error.
This means you're good to go! Now go back to your phone and you should be able to use Partiko now!

I do think its the best app on the market at the moment. Really fast smooth and easy to use it has made accessing steemit through my phone much easier. I'm looking forward to see how you integrate the points system with regards to voting.
One feature I would like to see in the future is control over the notifications. At the moment everything gets a notification which can be a bit annoying. It would be nice to be able to pick and choose. For example I would like to switch off notifications for votes recieved as a few of my post receive trail votes which can make a lot of noise when I get 40 in a row. Just a suggestion for the developers.

Hi there I was thinking of getting the app mostly because I heard about the points system. Anything that can add in a few more votes is worth a shot for me. I am just going to drop a comment here so I can follow any response you get
Ya. It's all about grafting on here. Each little gain you can make will add up in the long run. I like partiko though it makes it really handy to keep up with your profile and notifications always come in useful.

Thats great. I'm sure that you will be doing lots of tweaks and updates as you go along so everything that you do to make the app better is positive for all of us. Keep up the good work and looking forward to seeing whats next.
This app is amazingly good mainly because it does what it’s supposed to do and has gamification points for active users. This app is a godsend really and the ratings say everything.

That’s just what happens when things work as they should! Very few apps actually mix simplicity into appeal while still remaining functional, functional is priority in my books.

@partiko it's a best app on steemit platform. No doubt there is no competition close to it.
But definitely needs updates
Most important is to add up option for adding more pics, more than 1 which is presently a option.
Another suggestion may be if partiko can come up with some referral programme to spread words about partiko. Giving up extra points to invite more people on platform.
Can come up with more creative contests something like #bananaprogram by #stellsbelle will be great idea to attract more users.
