So it’s week 4 of my weight loss journey and I’m almost at the point where I can post a side by side photo to show my progress (maybe next week). I hit the 20 pound milestone and now have now entered the 250’s again for the first time in awhile. My official weight now is 259.7 lbs after starting at 281.2 pounds at the beginning of the month.

This week was one of my best weeks yet. I was able to lose weight and even went out to a fancy Italian dinner on Saturday night. That was a big test for me. I planned days in advanced the best way to limit my calories and weight watchers points before dinner. Just scrambled eggs for breakfast and a fruit platter for lunch. I proved to myself that I can binge every now and then and still stay the course.

My energy toward my diet has been reinvigorated and I’m super proud to see that I lost 21.4 pounds in just 1 month! This has now become a lifestyle that is very easy to live and I’m starting to plan phase two of my weight loss journey by signing up for the gym. The only issue with that now is that the gun is still filled to the brim with other assholes like me who made weight loss their New Years resolution. But I should be clear in the next few weeks.

Thank you for reading my progress report and I really appreciate the great feedback I keep getting. Fingers crossed I can make it through the super bowl without drinking and entire thing of queso dip.
