Batalla de 30 de marzo
El día 30 de marzo se celebra en la república dominicana la "batalla del 30 de marzo", fue la segunda batalla a la guerra de independencia dominicana y se libró en Santiago ,el ejército dominicano liderado por el general José María Imbert ,al mando de una parte del ejército del norte , derrotó al general Jean Louis Pierrot ,quién comandaba tropas del ejército en una relación numérica a su favor 500 contra 10,000
