按照美国和加拿大的引渡条例，如果华为长公主孟晚舟在60天内没被引渡，她就会重获自由。照此推算，最迟在2019年1月29号或2月1号是最后期限。
但是也有媒体报道， 考虑到引渡程序需要一定时间。那么在1月8号美国方面要提出引渡申请。如果1月8日没有提出引渡申请，孟女士就将直接重获自由。反之，这场官司要耗费上几个月甚至几年。
至美国东部时间的8号止，美国政府还没有提出申请。事已至此，这件事已经到了非常敏感、微妙和紧要关头了。
