You have explained very clearly how to make jam.I am glad to know that your family eats home made food. Otherwise children these days don't eat homemade food, they prefer outside food.They like to eat fast food like burger pizza etc.Due to which their health deteriorates.I have never made a jam but reading your post makes me think I can make jam .How many times have I bought strawberry jam from the market, it contains a lot of sugar, which is why our adults don't eat it, only children eat it.I love cardamom and use it a lot, if you add a two or three of cardamom when you make the jam, so it could have tasted better.I like jam sandwich and jam roll also there are other jam types like banana jam mango jam orange jam etc.When I was little, my mother used to give me a jam sandwich in school lunch and I ate it very happily.Whenever we eat a jam sandwich, I remember the days when I used to eat jam sandwiches in school lunch. In our house, when my uncles toddler refuses to eat something, my aunt immediately puts jam on bread.Which also quenches their hunger and makes them happy.
