Howdy today sir hangin! Well then Thailand should be used as an axample in that area. The only problem is, once you start a government program no one wants to cut off the money because of the political backlash.
This is true and Thailand has managed to achieve a great thing by not allowing it to happen the country remains strong and efficient without any one relying on government hand outs which come from your hard earned work from you been taxed.
