When i wake up i do three things:
- Something physical, push-ups, run, workout, learn new dance movements, actaually every day different.
- Learning, languages, some inner stuff, writing in my journal what i found valuable.
- Build character, use affirmations what i created for myself.
First two hours after i wake up its Godfather of my day, no email, no fc, youtube, completely focused on my stuff.
