WHEN WE GATHER
PHANEROO~DEVOTION

Apostle Grace Lubega
1 Corinthians 14:26 (KJV), How is it then, brethren? when ye come together, every one of you hath a psalm, hath a doctrine, hath a tongue, hath a revelation, hath an interpretation. Let all things be done unto edifying.
When we gather for fellowship, some people have the mindset that they are “empty, dry and cold” and so, they come into the presence of God to be “ignited, refreshed and filled up.”
This ought not to be so for children of God. To us, fellowship is the overflow of the experiences of men who have been in solitude with God. That is why Paul describes it thus; “when ye come together, every one of you hath a psalm, hath a doctrine, hath a tongue, hath a revelation, hath an interpretation.”
Yes, we gather to feed, but not as men who are empty. We gather as those that are lit, full of the Spirit and radiating glory. So when you attend service, attend as one charged up in the Spirit, overflowing with revelation and burning with eternal flames. Hallelujah!
FURTHER STUDY: Hebrews 10:25, John 1:16
GOLDEN NUGGET: Fellowship is the overflow of the experiences of men who have been in solitude with God.
PRAYER: God, I thank you for your Word. I live in the fullness of the Spirit. I can never run dry because out of me flow rivers of living water. I am always full, ignited and overflowing with eternal experiences. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
