Lumpia Shanghai #Filipino Food
Lumpiang Shanghai or Spring Rolls is a dish made-up of ground pork or hamburger, minced onion, carrots, and flavors with the blend held together by beaten egg. It is of Chinese starting point (initially called lunpia) and was conveyed to the Philippines by Chinese migrants from the Fujian region.
In the Philippines, Lumpiang Shanghai is a typical menu amid festivities and banquets (simply like the Pancit Bihon). It is ideal if joined with sweet and acrid sauce yet on a few events Banana ketchup is favored.
