That's what I have thought also, where would these funds could come from coz it cannot suffice the total expenses that can finish it before our president's term ends even as we all obviously seen corruption has already been eradicated in our country. Let's all be diligent. Though we cannot do something about it, awareness and no media cover up should be considered.
