Creamy, tasty and delicious are just one of few things that describe this dish. In the Philippines, its not very popular pasta dish because we are accustomed making a Spaghetti, which I think one of the most famous dessert during celebrations. Its one of the dish the are rarely not served during birthday celebrations. But I'm here to introduce how to cook the latter.
## What are the ingredients?

1/2kg of Bacon strips
Garlics and Onions
Pasta
1 Can All Purpose Creame
1 Can Mushroom
Parmesan Cheese Powder
Salt
Ground Pepper
1 Sachet of Magic Sarap

Steps how to cook it

To prepare the paste noodles, first thing to do is boil some water and put the pasta on it. Let it stay there for about 5-10mins depending on the kind of pasta noodles you have used. Be carefull not to overcook it as it might ruin the texture of the pasta.

First thing to do is prepare the spices. Cut the onions and garlics. It is necessary in order to add the flavor in the bacons.

Cut the bacons into small pieces. It is a must because who would want to eat Cabonara with a whole bacon strip? Haha. That would be hilarious.

Heat the pan and add some oil and put the garlics and onions. Wait some time before the garlics turn into a golden brown and for the onions wait for it to become softer.

When the desired texture of the garlics and onions are achieved, put the chopped bacon in the pan. Cook it until it turns into a golden brownish in color.

Drain the mushroom's water in the can and leave only the mushrooms. Put the mushrooms into the pan and thoroughly mixed it with the bacons inside the pan. Add the salt, ground pepper and the magic sarap to give the mixture a flavourful taste.

Finally, add all purpose cream together with the parmesan cheese and cook it for about 3-5mins. Then you are ready to serve it.

This Carbona will surely good for family bonding and birthdays. It can serve up to 8 people. It is good for small family gatherings. I'm pretty sure this dish will replace the Spaghetti in our menus soon.
