FoodBlog: Otan Bisaya for Breakfast

Magandang hapon Steemians! I will be sharing a simple recipe to achieve Otan for Dinner.

INGREDIENTS:
-malunggay
-okra
-kalabasa
-sea shells
-seasonings

PROCEDURE:

  1. Preheat water and sea shells in a pot. Wait about 3-5 minutes for the water to boil.
  2. Add kalabasa and okra.
  3. Add the seasonings.
  4. Add malunggay and wait about 2 minutes.
  5. Finally, Otan for dinner is now ready.

Otan is a healthy food. It contains the vitamins of the mixed vegestables. Try cooking this at home.
