FoodBlog: Otan Bisaya for Breakfast
Magandang hapon Steemians! I will be sharing a simple recipe to achieve Otan for Dinner.
INGREDIENTS:
-malunggay
-okra
-kalabasa
-sea shells
-seasonings
PROCEDURE:
- Preheat water and sea shells in a pot. Wait about 3-5 minutes for the water to boil.
- Add kalabasa and okra.
- Add the seasonings.
- Add malunggay and wait about 2 minutes.
- Finally, Otan for dinner is now ready.
Otan is a healthy food. It contains the vitamins of the mixed vegestables. Try cooking this at home.
