Twin lake tour with our guests from Germany

in #philippines7 years ago (edited)

This is our guests from Germany Mr. Sebastian and his family with their little baby. His wife is Asian but she speaks German fluently, even though sometimes I have a hard time understanding them due to their accent I did my best and include it with some sign language.
This photo was taken when at their dropoff to the market, it was supposed to be at the hotel where they are staying, but Sebastian said they wanted to go to the market may be to buy some fishes and they also wanted to try riding a pedicab.

This is the hotel where they are staying. It was raining on the day of our tour, I thought they would not continue because of the weather.

Our tour was scheduled at 8:30 am so we went there at 8:00 am.When we arrived at the hotel they were eating breakfast, this was at a restaurant beside the hotel they have a good ambiance and it was clean.

It took about 1 hour to get at lake balinsasayao, it was still raining and was a little bit slippery. There was also a lot of fog maybe it was caused by the heavy rain. This photo was taken while going down the stairs into the lakes below. His wife almost slipped thankfully she regained her balance.

My husband guided them down to the lakes, they also wanted to do kayaking but Sebastian said it's too dangerous as it could easily capsize. So they rented the blue bangka because it was more stable compared to the kayaks.

They were really excited to ride the bangka, it was actually their first time trying this kind of adventure. Before riding the bangka they need to walk this floating wooden board that is also not really stable and it was wiggling, but there were many assisting them so they safely rode the bangka.

The view above the overlooking deck. This place is actually cold due to the fog, you can see the fog is really low and sometimes it even covers the entire lake.

After the bangka riding we went downhill back to Dumaguete city where we ate lunch at Sansrival restaurant. It was supposed to be at Joe's chicken beside the sea but sir Sebastian told us that they wanted to try sansrival instead.

This photo was taken at the boulevard were the new tourist attraction was built.

I thank Sebastian and his family for letting us handle their tour here in Dumaguete city.

He even said that our service was great and that he would gladly refer us to his friends, it was really heartwarming.

I believe that every adventure is a new experience so I will continue to share the story of our tours

Thanks for reading until next time
