Trip to the Philippines ... Tell me Where to Go

So this year a few friends of mine started talking about planning a trip. Their initial plan was to head to Australia, until something changed their minds. Ticket prices, travel expenses and all of that jazz shifted their minds to Asia. And with watching video blogs and photo's , it started to seem like a great idea to visit the Philippines. From Suriname to the Philippines the distance is very long. So we first have to travel to Europe or America, from where we can schedule a flight to the Philippines. We still have to figure everything out everything and come up with the finances. And yes, I will be tagging along with my friends xD

I do need some help from you guys :) .... Recommendations of places/islands to go to while in the Philippines. This would be so helpful and make exploring your island so much more worth it. Our plan is to visit in 2020 ... so plenty of time to save up that money :)
