Most Important Meal 🍽☕️
Good Morning! ☺️
Breakfast is often described as the most important meal of the day, providing as it does sustenance and energy (i.e., calories) for whatever activities lay ahead.
As nutritionist Adelle Davis famously put it back in the 1960s: “Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper.” (Sifferlin, 2013).
And this morning, I prepared my meal for breakfast. 😅 An instant noodles, steamed rice cake, and a coffee.
Studies show that eating a healthy breakfast (as opposed to the kind containing doughnuts) can help give you: A more nutritionally complete diet, higher in nutrients, vitamins and minerals. Improved concentration and performance in the classroom or the boardroom. 👌🏻👍🏻
Breakfast kick-starts your metabolism, helping you burn calories throughout the day. It also gives you the energy you need to get things done and helps you focus at work or at school. Those are just a few reasons why it’s the most important meal of the day.
But this much is clear: Skipping the morning meal can throw off your body’s rhythm of fasting and eating. When you wake up, the blood sugar your body needs to make your muscles and brain work their best is usually low. Breakfast helps replenish it.

Have a good day 👍🏻
