A feeling of emptiness in the soul. What is it? How to deal with this?

Each person has periods when rolls melancholy and anxiety, when it becomes unbearably sad and if something inside oppresses and irritates.

A sense of inner peace disappears and remains only a sense of inner emptiness. Oddly enough, but it can not occur suddenly and suddenly, it is a long and regularly superimposed, attacking you at the very moment when you absolutely do not need it.

Often the feeling of emptiness in the soul occurs against the backdrop of unresolved health problems, family, work, cloudy weather, depression.

And the other extreme is self-isolation, loneliness, which leads to excessive and deep self-analysis, a lot of wrong thoughts and conclusions and you will be closed in yourself.

Indeed, what can help you now is to work on yourself and self-realization. The first step to improving your condition and position will be to increase your self-esteem.

Understand, in order to self-esteem did not fall, do not need to live in discord with their desires, principles and values. Learn to love yourself, start to believe in your strength and your capabilities. Start to appreciate yourself as a person and enjoy life.
