No problem is impossible to solve, do not be pessimistic

Pessimism

Today I come to talk about a topic that almost nobody talks about, and it is none other than pessimism. A problem that almost overwhelms us all, especially because of the current situation in our country, and which of course inevitably fills us with pessimism. But the purpose of this post is not to fill them with pessimism or cause them some suffering, but rather to give them some tips to not decay or die in the attempt.

There are times when situations of pain arise, be it due to illness, loss of work or death of a relative or friend, and that is when we do not know what to do, we feel that the world is running out and that we will never stop cry; but there comes a time when it seems that our own brain sends you a signal or a light I would say, in which you must make decisions to move forward, either for yourself or your family. "There is no evil that lasts a hundred years and no body that can resist it"The above is a saying that sometimes I heard from my mother and that I did not understand for being quite young at that moment, but that I understand it now, it's like saying that after the storm comes the calm. Overcoming every precarious circumstance that comes our way is necessary to avoid becoming pessimistic, which will then become future illnesses, since depression is quite related mental problems that can sometimes lead to death.

To finish I leave a great advice, do not let problems overwhelm you, for everything there is a solution, take a deep breath, reflect before making decisions, and above all things live your life that someone else will not do it for you.
